MEMO ENDORSEMENT on re: 142 Letter, filed by Matthew J. Fecteau. ENDORSEMENT: Plaintiff has identified no basis in law that would authorize the type of disclosure that he seeks, and the Court can find none. Accordingly, the request is denied. Further, the Court is unaware of "any relationship, communications, or circumstances involving Safety National's defense counsel, including Michal S.
