Status Conference
Minutes of proceedings [non-document]: On July 21, 2026, Magistrate Judge Reuben J. Sheperd conducted a telephone status conference. In attendance were Isaac T. Monah on behalf of Plaintiff Christine Lattiemore-Wheeler, and Katie L. Zorc on behalf of Defendant United Way of Greater Cleveland. The parties reported they have begun to meet and confer and will submit their Rule 26(f) report in due course. The parties are encouraged to consider whether early dispute resolution would be beneficial in this case, as discovery develops. The Magistrate Judge's Courtroom Deputy will contact the parties to set a case management conference for the end of August. (Time: 10 minutes). (D,JJ)
