ENDORSED ORDER granting 189 Defendants' Motion to Reopen and Reactivate Case for Administrative Purposes and Court Guidance and Defendants' 193 Motion to Extend the Special Master's Term and for Approval of Increase in Compensation Rate for Special Master. Accordingly, the Clerk of Court is hereby directed to reopen this case, the Special Master's term is hereby extended through the completion of this case, and his compensation is hereby increased to $900.00 per hour, effective as of June 1, 2025. Additionally, no later than September 4, 2026, the parties shall confer about the steps necessary to move forward in this matter and shall file a notice that they have done so.
