PAPERLESS ORDER. THIS CAUSE came before the Court upon the Parties' Joint Stipulation for Dismissal of the Action with Prejudice. 26 . Accordingly, UPON CONSIDERATION of the Joint Stipulation, the pertinent portions of the record, and being otherwise fully advised in the premises, it is hereby ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the above-styled cause is DISMISSED WITH PREJUDICE.
