TEXT ORDER Having reviewed the letters filed by counsel on September 10, 2026 (ECF Nos. 32, 33), and noting the Third Circuit's preference that cases be resolved on the merits, Hritz v. Woma Corp., 732 F.2d 1178, 1181 (3d Cir. 1984), the Court finds good cause to grant Plaintiff an additional extension of time to file opposition to Defendant's motion for summary judgment. Plaintiff's opposition shall be filed by no later than September 21, 2026, and Defendant's reply shall be filed by September 28, 2026. No further extensions shall be granted absent formal motion demonstrating good cause in accordance with the court rules. So Ordered by Judge Karen M. Williams on 9/11/26. (nar)
