The Court ADOPTS the parties' proposed 23 scheduling order and sets the following deadlines:SCHEDULING ORDER DEADLINES: Amendments to Pleadings: Except for good cause shown, no motions seeking leave to add new parties or to amend the pleadings to assert new claims or defenses may be filed after December 31, 2026Fact Discovery - Final Deadline: All discovery, other than expert discovery, must be completed by June 24, 2027Plaintiff must designate his trial experts and disclose the information contemplated by Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 26(a)(2) by Monday, July 26, 2027Defendants must designate their trial experts and disclose the information contemplated by Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 26(a)(2) by Friday, September 24, 2027All expert depositions must be completed by Monday, November 8, 2027Dispositive motions, such as motions for summary judgment and motions for judgment on the pleadings, must be filed by November 26, 2027Oppositions to dispositive motions must be filed within 21 days of service of the motionReply memoranda, not to exceed 10 pages, must be filed within 14 days after service of the opposition papersSur-Reply memoranda are not permitted The parties shall file a joint status report no later than Wednesday, February 10, 2027. For all other deadlines not referenced above, please refer to Dkt. 23. NOTICE OF HEARING: Scheduling Conference previously set for 9/30/2026 is CANCELLED.
