ORDER GRANTING JOINT MOTION FOR APPROVAL OF FLSA RELEASE AND SETTLEMENT AGREEMENT by Judge George H. Wu. IT IS HEREBY ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED AS FOLLOWS: 1. The Settlement Agreements are incorporated herein by reference, and are approved as fair, reasonable and just in all respects as to the Plaintiffs, and the Parties shall perform their obligations under the Settlement Agreements in accordance with their terms. 2. The Parties' Joint Motion for Approval of FLSA Release and Settlement Agreement is APPROVED. 3. This action is dismissed in its entirety with prejudice, pursuant to Fed. R. Civ. P. (41)(a)(2). 4. Each party to this action shall bear his/its own costs and attorneys' fees incurred in conjunction with this action, except for as provided in the Settlement Agreements. 5.
