Discovery Hearing
Minute entry for proceedings held before Magistrate Judge Clay H. Kaminsky: A discovery hearing was held telephonically on May 29, 2026. Elizabeth Lynch, Ellen McCormick, and Ahmad Keshavaraz appeared on behalf of plaintiff; Joshua Price appeared on behalf of defendants.
The parties discussed the discovery issues raised in the parties' 33 joint letter. Following that discussion, the Court ruled as follows:
Plaintiffs will serve supplemental interrogatories to clarify interrogatories 11 and 12, and Defendants will respond within 30 days of service.
Defendants shall provide Plaintiff with the insurance policies and insurance information referenced at the conference by June 12, 2026.
Defendant shall provide Plaintiff with a privilege log by June 18, 2026, and shall amend or supplement their responses to indicate whether any other documents are being withheld on the basis of any objection.
