BigLaw Doesn't Have A Diversity Problem

Law360 (March 30, 2018, 11:10 AM EDT) -- Law firm diversity is not the problem. Yes, you read that correctly. Diversity in law firms is not the problem. While I’ll concede that the lack of racial and gender diversity among the ranks of the majority of both midsized and top Am Law firms is a major issue, it’s past time to change the narrative on the subject of diversity and shed light on the real problem — inclusion, or lack thereof.
