EU Lawmakers Reach Deal On National Antitrust Powers

Law360 (May 30, 2018, 8:48 PM EDT) -- The European Parliament on Wednesday reached a deal with the Council of the European Union over a proposal to give antitrust agencies of member nations greater investigative and enforcement powers, while also requiring their independence.
