UK Commits To EU Subsidy Rules, No Border Tax Friction

Law360 (July 12, 2018, 12:36 PM EDT) -- The U.K. will seek common rules with the European Union against state subsidies as well as common value-added tax procedures to ensure no new border checks after it leaves the EU, according to a government document published Thursday.
