Bosch Says Table Saw Antitrust Suit Shows No Collusion

Law360, New York (April 11, 2014, 11:44 AM EDT) -- Robert Bosch Tool Corp., Black & Decker Corp. and other power tool giants on Thursday called on a Virginia federal judge to toss an antitrust suit alleging that the companies colluded to avoid licensing a system for curbing table saw injuries, arguing the complaint does not show a conspiracy or any harmful industry effects.
