Dems Want Past Mergers Reviewed For Impact On Jobs

Law360, New York (December 4, 2017, 8:58 PM EST) -- A group of House Democrats on Monday introduced new legislation that would require antitrust enforcement agencies to study several mergers each year to understand the impact of the transactions on jobs and salaries, in addition to competition and consumer welfare.
