CFPB Must Improve Enforcement Data Security, Report Says

Law360, New York (May 18, 2017, 4:02 PM EDT) -- The Consumer Financial Protection Bureau failed to restrict access to sensitive enforcement data by former employees who left the bureau or were reassigned, putting that information at risk, a watchdog report said Thursday.
