Stephen Colbert's Brother To Helm IP Shop Kenyon & Kenyon

Law360, New York (September 22, 2015, 8:18 PM EDT) -- Edward T. Colbert, noted intellectual property lawyer and brother of the host of "The Late Show with Stephen Colbert," has been elected managing partner of Kenyon & Kenyon LLP, taking the reins of the IP boutique he has been with for more than two decades, the firm announced Monday.

Colbert will serve a three-year term in his new post, where he will be responsible for leading Kenyon & Kenyon's operations in New York, Washington, D.C., and Palo Alto, California. He will replace Michael D. Loughnane, who served in that role for five years.
