Nucor Steel Birmingham Can't Nix Race Discrimination Suit

Law360 (June 13, 2018, 6:36 PM EDT) -- An Alabama federal judge on Wednesday refused Nucor Steel Birmingham Inc.’s bid to toss a suit from an African-American man who alleged Caucasian employees were treated better and that he was retaliated against after he filed a discrimination charge with the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission.
