Law360 (December 11, 2020, 8:04 PM EST) -- The National Employment Lawyers Association, an organization of over 2,000 employment attorneys that has been a vocal advocate for what it sees as some of the most important issues affecting workers, has a new director who previously led a state chapter of the ACLU.
NELA said Thursday that Jeffrey A. Mittman, the former executive director of the American Civil Liberties Union of Missouri, will assume the executive director role at NELA and its affiliated public interest nonprofit, the Employee Rights Advocacy Institute For Law & Policy.
