DC Circ. To Renounce Law Clerk Hiring Plan

Law360, New York (January 30, 2013, 8:45 PM EST) -- The D.C. Circuit will no longer follow a voluntary hiring plan outlining when federal judges can hire third-year law school students for clerkships because many circuit judges don’t stick to it, the court said Tuesday.
