LA District Atty Can't Shake Discrimination Suit

Law360, Los Angeles (January 31, 2013, 9:48 PM EST) -- A California federal judge on Tuesday rejected Los Angeles District Attorney Steve Cooley's bid to toss a suit alleging he and other top-ranking prosecutors discriminated against a colleague for affiliating with a union and publicly criticizing the Cooley administration, finding the plaintiff had properly stated his claims.
