House Republicans Take Aim At 'Micro-Unions,' Card Check

Law360, New York (June 13, 2013, 6:35 PM EDT) -- House Republicans introduced two bills Thursday that would amend the National Labor Relations Act, measures they said would protect workers' rights to secret-ballot union elections and counter a 2011 National Labor Relations Board decision that critics say endorsed “micro-unions.”
