NLRB Dings Anheuser-Busch's Arbitration Policy Application

Law360, New York (September 11, 2013, 7:58 PM EDT) -- A National Labor Relations Board judge ruled Tuesday that Anheuser-Busch Cos. LLC should not have sought to apply its arbitration policy in a discrimination suit brought by a former employee without bargaining over the policy with the union that had represented him.
