Kelley Drye Escapes Bulk Of Botched-Merger Malpractice Suit

Law360, New York (September 27, 2013, 9:55 PM EDT) -- An Ohio federal judge on Friday threw out four of the five claims in a malpractice suit alleging Kelley Drye & Warren LLP botched a merger and a release from an employment agreement, finding Capital City Energy Group Inc. had waited too long to bring the claims.
