Nike Settles Trade Secrets Suit Against Ex-Designers

By Bill Donahue (June 8, 2015, 7:38 PM EDT) -- Nike Inc. has settled a lawsuit that accused three former shoe designers of stealing a "treasure trove" of trade secrets to take with them to archrival Adidas AG, according to counsel for the ex-employees.

The agreement, confirmed to Law360 on Monday, resolves a contentious case that pitted Nike against former employees Denis Dekovic, Marc Dolce and Mark Miner. The three have strongly denied the claims, saying they left because of "a culture of distrust and intimidation."
