Law360, Los Angeles (March 1, 2017, 10:43 PM EST) -- A Pennsylvania federal judge on Wednesday granted Pfizer Inc.’s day-old request to stop a former global marketing director from using or destroying "highly confidential and extremely sensitive information" to which it claims she had access, in a suit alleging she stole trade secrets.
