6th Circ. Denies Rehearing On County's Right-To-Work Law

Law360, New York (March 7, 2017, 7:26 PM EST) -- The Sixth Circuit on Monday declined to revisit as a full body a November panel ruling that a Kentucky county’s right-to-work ordinance is allowed by the National Labor Relations Act, leaving the door open for local governments to enact such measures where no statewide law exists.
