Quinn Backs Biz In Telling Justices Title VII Bars Gay Bias

Law360, New York (October 11, 2017, 4:11 PM EDT) -- Microsoft Corp., Starbucks Corp. and dozens of other businesses Tuesday urged the U.S. Supreme Court to review an Eleventh Circuit ruling that Title VII does not prohibit discrimination against gay workers, arguing with pro bono help from Quinn Emanuel Urquhart & Sullivan LLP that a circuit split on the issue hurts the economy.
