Law360 (February 12, 2018, 3:31 PM EST) -- Singapore Minister for Home Affairs and Law K. Shanmugam announced last month that the government is considering the inclusion of deferred prosecution agreements in the latest round of amendments to the Criminal Procedure Code and Evidence Act.
