11th Circ. Revives Expropriation Suit Against Venezeula

Law360 (June 11, 2018, 10:17 PM EDT) -- The Eleventh Circuit reversed the dismissal of a suit brought by a mother and son claiming Venezuela expropriated their petrochemical company in violation of international law, remanding the case to Florida federal district court in light of a recent high court decision.
