Keystone Pipeline Oil Should Stay In US: Congressmen

Law360, New York (October 7, 2011, 7:19 PM EDT) -- Dozens of lawmakers on Friday asked the U.S. State Department to ensure that any oil obtained from the proposed Keystone XL pipeline remains in the U.S., saying the likely environmental impacts from the project will not be justified if other countries benefit at America's expense.
