Enviros Challenge Arctic Drilling Permit For Shell Rig

Law360, New York (October 24, 2011, 11:05 PM EDT) -- Environmental groups on Monday appealed an air pollution permit issued to Shell Offshore Inc.’s Discoverer drill ship allowing it to drill in Arctic waters off Alaska, just days after the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency issued another permit to Shell’s Kulluk drill rig.
