Slow Road Ahead For Changes To Pa. Pipeline Development

Law360, Philadelphia (February 18, 2016, 8:06 PM EST) -- Pennsylvania’s Pipeline Infrastructure Task Force on Thursday delivered 184 recommendations to Gov. Tom Wolf over how to promote responsible development and spur natural gas usage in the state, but questions linger about how they will translate to action, especially given the state's budget crisis.
