EPA Slammed For 'Legal Maneuvering' In Lake Pollution Row

Law360 (April 12, 2018, 6:57 PM EDT) -- A federal judge on Wednesday gave the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency 30 days to take a stance on Ohio’s decision not to put Lake Erie on a path for rehabilitation despite frequent toxic algae blooms in its waters, calling the agency out for “legal maneuvering.”
