Enviros Get Partial Quick Win In River Waste Suit

Law360 (April 13, 2018, 7:38 PM EDT) -- A federal magistrate judge on Friday gave environmental groups a quick win on their claim that PPG Industries Inc. is liable under federal law for soil contamination at a solid waste disposal area at a site in Armstrong County, Pennsylvania.
