AIG Units Freed From Wash. County Superfund Coverage Row

Law360 (June 11, 2018, 9:53 PM EDT) -- A Washington federal judge on Monday ruled that two AIG excess insurers are not obligated to cover King County’s costs in connection with state and federal enforcement actions over environmental pollution at a Seattle-area Superfund site, holding that the insurers’ duties were extinguished by a previous settlement with the county.
