Enviros Demand Pa. Gov. Release Full Fracking Water Tests

Law360, Philadelphia (November 14, 2012, 6:08 PM EST) -- In the wake of a dustup between the head of the Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection and a state legislator over allegations that the DEP limited the scope of water samples near gas drilling sites, environmental groups asked Gov. Tom Corbett on Wednesday to turn over complete pollution test results.
