Law360, New York (February 12, 2013, 3:35 PM EST) -- Canadian National Railway put the brakes on a $5 billion effort to expand its operations deeper into northern Quebec, saying Tuesday that it would postpone a feasibility study tied to a proposed 500-mile rail line that would service a new iron ore mine.
