High Court Rejects Challenge To DOI Nix Of Drilling Leases

Law360, New York (October 7, 2013, 8:10 PM EDT) -- The U.S. Supreme Court on Monday declined to hear challenges brought by several Utah counties and energy producers to the U.S. Department of the Interior's decision in 2009 to cancel more than 70 oil and gas drilling leases previously granted to companies.
