Drilling Services Co. Sues BP For Lost Business In Gulf

Law360, Los Angeles (April 14, 2014, 8:49 PM EDT) -- An oil-drilling services company sued BP America Inc. in Louisiana federal court Monday, alleging that BP is liable under the Oil Pollution Act to compensate the company for the irreparable harm it says it has suffered since the Deepwater Horizon oil spill.
