EPA's E-Disclosure: What's New, And What Won't Change

Law360, New York ( December 11, 2015, 9:20 AM EST) -- On Dec. 9, the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency announced the launch of a long-awaited update to its voluntary disclosure program. The new system — called e-Disclosure — is a centralized, automated, web-based portal, which the EPA says will more efficiently receive and process violations disclosed to the agency under its audit policy.
