Sen. Carper Asks Again For CPP Info From EPA's Pruitt

Law360, New York (May 18, 2017, 3:11 PM EDT) -- The top Democrat on the U.S. Senate Committee on Environment and Public Works on Wednesday again requested information from Environmental Protection Agency Administrator Scott Pruitt regarding the Clean Power Plan after receiving what he deemed was an inadequate response.

U.S. Sen. Tom Carper, D-Del., resubmitted a request for information and documents from the administrator after Pruitt's letter back "was not responsive to our requests," Carper's letter said.
