DC Circ. Grants EPA's Request To Pause Methane Rule Cases

Law360, New York (May 18, 2017, 6:50 PM EDT) -- The D.C. Circuit on Thursday paused consolidated challenges to the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency’s methane rule for new oil and gas infrastructure and to other previous emissions rules for the sector, after the agency argued its review of the latest rule under an executive order by President Donald Trump could impact the disputes.
