$200M ND Water Project Gets Go-Ahead From DC Judge

Law360, New York (August 11, 2017, 7:33 PM EDT) -- A Washington, D.C., federal judge on Thursday finally gave the green light — after 15 years of litigation — to a $200 million drinking water project that will serve parts of North Dakota, handing a loss to Missouri and to the province of Manitoba, Canada, which had opposed the project on environmental grounds.
