PAPERLESS ORDER. THIS CAUSE came before the Court upon Plaintiff's Combined Motion for Continuance of Trial and to Modify Order Scheduling Trial. 35 . Therein, Plaintiff asks the Court to continue trial in this matter and extend the discovery deadline, as both Parties need additional time to prepare their respective cases for trial. Id. at 3. Although the Parties disagree as to the reason a continuance and further discovery is needed, neither of the Parties disputes that a continuance and extension of discovery would be warranted. See generally id.; (ECF No. 37). Accordingly, UPON CONSIDERATION of the Motion, the pertinent portions of the record, and being otherwise advised in the premises, it is hereby ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that Plaintiff's Motion 35 is GRANTED. Trial in this matter is hereby reset for the two-week trial period beginning February 22, 2027, at 9:00 AM in the Miami Division. The final pretrial conference is reset for February 9, 2027, at 11:00 AM while the calendar call is reset for February 18, 2027, at 2:00 PM. The final pretrial conference and calendar call will both take place in the Miami Division. All other pretrial deadlines are reset in accordance with the Court's Orders at (ECF Nos. 7-8).
