Trial Scheduling Order
TRIAL SCHEDULING ORDER. This order modifies the pretrial schedule set in Dkt. No. 719. Four-week trial remains set for October 27, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. The parties have proposed dates to exchange witness lists, exhibit lists, and deposition designations that conflict with the deadline for the proposed final pretrial order, which includes those materials. See Form LR16.1.4. As such, the Court resets the deadline to file the proposed final pretrial order to October 13, 2026. The parties shall provide their witness lists, exhibit lists, deposition designations, proposed voir dire questions, and proposed jury instructions to opposing counsel on or before September 29, 2026. Objections thereto are due on or before October 6, 2026. The parties shall meet and confer prior to filing the proposed final pretrial order. The Court also resets the final pretrial conference to October 20, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. to allow the Court time to review the parties' proposed final pretrial order prior to the conference. Motions in limine and Daubert motions are due on or before September 22, 2029; responses are due on or before September 29, 2026. The parties' respective Fifth Amendment and bifurcation motions are due on or before September 22, 2026; responses are due on or before October 6, 2026; replies are due on or before October 12, 2026.
