ORDER: Accordingly, although the Court has jurisdiction over bankruptcy cases, Plaintiff's claims in this case should be heard in the bankruptcy court. The Court therefore REFERS this case pursuant to Miscellaneous Order No. 33 to the Honorable Stacey Jernigan, presiding judge in Cause No. 26-32563-sgj11, pending in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Northern District of Texas.
