   TEXT ORDER: On October 17, 2025, the Court Clerk entered default against Defendants American Iron & Crane, Inc., American Crane & Rigging, LLC, and Hoy Real Estate Enterprises LLC ("the corporate defendants"). 13 . On November 13, 2025, Plaintiffs filed a motion for default judgment 17 as to the corporate defendants. That motion is pending and has not been opposed. On December 12, 2025, all of the defendants in this action filed an answer 21 . The corporate defendants, however, are in default 13 . To the extent that the corporate defendants seek to move to vacate the default and oppose the motion for default judgment, any motion must be made by 1/26/2026.
