ORDER denying 131 Motion for Leave to Electronically File Document under Seal. In ECF No. 131 , Defendant seeks leave to file under seal "the unredacted version of Exhibit A to the Declaration of Sabrina A. Larson in support of DraftKings' Opposition to Plaintiff's Supplemental Letter Motion re Redaction of Documents (ECF No. 127)." Defendant further notes "Exhibit A is DraftKings' July 6, 2026 response to Plaintiff's meet and confer email concerning its privilege log, which contains a substantive description of and quotes from a document that DraftKings has designated as Confidential under [the] parties' protective order." The opposition also has two attachments: "Declaration of Sabrina Larson," see ECF No. 133-1, and Exhibit A to Sabrina Larson Declaration REDACTED," see ECF No. 133-2. The motion to seal is denied because the unredacted copy of this document does not need to be filed on the docket. The Court decided the motion at ECF No. 127 by text order without reference to the confidential privileged text on August 18, 2026, so the additional filing is unnecessary.
