Order
ORDER On June 8, 2026, Defendant's counsel filed a proposed Case Management Plan and emailed the Court indicating that the parties would consent to proceed before Magistrate Judge Tarnofsky for all purposes. A member of the Court's staff responded that in order to proceed before Magistrate Judge Tarnofksy, the parties were required to docket an executed consent form, which can be found on the Southern District of New Yorks official website. No such form has been filed, and Plaintiff's counsel has still not appeared, despite this matter being removed in April 2026. By no later than Wednesday, August 12, 2026, the parties are ORDERED to file an executed form consenting to Magistrate Judge jurisdiction or, if either party no longer wishes to consent, a joint status letter proposing next steps for this matter. Plaintiff's counsel is further ordered to file a notice of appearance by August 12, 2026, or risk default proceedings. Defendant's counsel is further ORDERED to deliver this Order to Plaintiff's counsel promptly. (HEREBY ORDERED by Judge Margaret M. Garnett) (Text Only Order) (Garnett, Margaret)
