   Minute Entry for proceedings held before Magistrate Judge David D. Leshner: A Settlement Conference was held on August 24, 2026. The parties reached a settlement and put the necessary terms of the settlement on the record [SEALED RECORDING]. Because the case has settled, all pending dates before the Court are hereby vacated.

   The Court hereby sets a telephonic, counsel-only Settlement Disposition Conference (SDC) for November 20, 2026 at 1:00 p.m. Counsel must conference together on a single line, then jointly call chambers (619-837-6526) at the appointed time. If dismissal papers are filed before November 20, 2026, the SDC will be vacated.
   The Court also sets a Settlement Conference on the issue of attorneys' fees for October 5, 2026 at 1:00 p.m. by Zoom before Magistrate Judge Leshner. Lead counsel for each party must appear. Party appearances are not required.
   The parties are further ORDERED as follows:
   (1) By not later than September 7, 2026, Plaintiff must make a written demand to Defendant for the recovery of fees and costs and provide Defendant with the itemized billing records for any fees and costs Plaintiff seeks to recover.
   (2) By not later than September 14, 2026, the parties must meet and confer regarding Plaintiff's demand.
   (3) By not later than September 21, 2026, the parties must either advise the Court by joint email to chambers (efile_leshner@casd.uscourts.gov) that they have resolved their dispute as to attorneys' fees or provide the Court with Plaintiff's counsel's itemized billing records.
