Status Conference
Clerk's Minutes for telephonic status conference held before Magistrate Judge Jerry H. Ritter on 9/16/2026: Attended by Plaintiff's attorney Jake Vallejos and Defendants' attorney Alicia LaPado. Both sides agree that the settlement conference should be vacated and reset for after close of discovery in order to obtain all available evidence of damages. The Order Setting Settlement Conference 45 and all remaining deadlines as well as the 9/25/26 setting will be vacated. The Court will reschedule the conference for a date after the 10/26/26 close of discovery. A new order with deadlines will issue. (rjw)
